What we're working toward.

PATIF is a newly established foundation. Rather than claim a track record we don't yet have, here are the commitments guiding our work against each of our five core objectives.

Health Awareness

To reach communities with clear, accessible information about cardiovascular health and other chronic conditions, through outreach and community events.

Health Screening

To work toward making basic health screenings accessible within the communities we serve, helping people catch potential issues early.

Youth Education & Development

To connect young people with mentorship, training, and educational opportunities that build confidence and open pathways.

Identity & Belonging

To create spaces — cultural games, language classes, culture days — where young people from Black and migrant backgrounds can build a strong sense of identity and belonging.

Emotional & Mental Wellbeing

To create supportive spaces — workshops and safe spaces for discussion — where young people can build resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Why we exist

"He had a desire — a passion — for helping people, he loved willingly, he gave generously and he served loyally."

"To Patrick, anybody and everyone is good enough."

"We enjoin you to come with us in moving this vision forward and running with it to touch lives, change lives, empower communities and make the world a better place."
